Dear Komal,
Bleaching helps lighten the facial hair, remove dead skin cells and therefore lightens the overall skin tone. If there is a special occasion bleaching anytime 3 to 4 days prior to the function is fine, just do not bleach more than once a month for like all else, too much of a good thing is bad. Also, bleaching need not be restricted to the face... bleaching the body is very popular amongst young brides prior to the big day. Also do keep in mind bleaching is only useful if hair is fine in texture, if you have coarse hair, it is advisable to laser that particular area, which in turn will reduce the coarse hair to that of a fine texture, making it amenable to bleaching.
